What is your delivery zone?

We offer local delivery within select areas of HRM.


DELIVERY AREA:


We currently deliver to:

  • Halifax Peninsula
  • Clayton Park
  • Bedford
  • Cole Harbour
  • Spryfield
  • Lower Sackville
  • Eastern Passage

  • Unfortunately, we are not delivering outside of these areas at this time.

What are your delivery days?

We deliver Tuesdays and Fridays. Monday night is the cutoff for Tuesday delivery, and Thursday night for our Friday delivery. 

Are you open for in-store sales?

Yes!  We have a take-out window that is open for growler fills and bottle sales Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12-4.  If you happen to be in the neighbourhood outside of these times feel free to drop by and ring the bell, and if someone is around we'd be happy to help you out.

I want to pick up my order, how does it work?

Once you have selected the pick up option and placed your order we will prepare it and send you a notification by email letting you know it is ready to be picked up.


Our pick up hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please let us know by email when we might expect you to come collect your order as we do occasionally have to run out and want to ensure someone will be available when you arrive. Our email is hello@goodmorekombucha.com. If you need to pick up your order outside of our regular hours, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.


We are located at 50 Mt. Hope Avenue in Woodside, Dartmouth.  Look for the takeout window in the front of the building.  Please ring the bell when you arrive and we'll bring your order right out to you!

How do subscriptions work?

Having a subscription makes it easier to get your Goodmore delivered directly to you on a regular basis.


Under the Shop menu click the 'Subscribe & Save' option. From here you can choose the amount you would like, the flavours of your choice, and the frequency you would like to have your kombucha delivered. Once you have chosen your desired order details click the checkout screen and follow the steps to input your delivery and billing information.


That's it! Once you have entered all the the necessary information we will process your order and you will start to receive your Goodmore Goodness on a regular basis.

I'm outside your delivery zone. Can you make an exception?

If you are located outside of our delivery area feel free to Contact Us and we will happily try and figure something out.

I won’t be home when my order is scheduled to arrive. Do I need to put it in the fridge right away?

No problem! Although kombucha should stay refrigerated it's ok to leave outside for a short while in the winter, but the earlier you can get to it the better! If you can't get to it within a reasonable amount of time we recommend leaving a cooler outside for us. This will help to avoid your order freezing in the winter, and getting too hot in the spring and summer. We will also send you a notification by text or email to let you know your kombucha has arrived. Feel free to let us know where you would like us to leave your order in the comments section of the checkout screen.

Can I request a specific drop-off time for my delivery?

Although we cannot guarantee an exact time, you can choose which of our delivery days works best for you. We deliver both Tuesdays and Friday within the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. If neither of these days work for you, you can also pick up your order at our brewery any time between those same hours Monday to Friday.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

You can easily log in to your account to make changes. You can alter the frequency of your orders, or cancel your subscription at any time with no hassle and no strings attached. We just ask that you do so prior to your scheduled delivery day so we can make the correct adjustments. Simply click the account icon in the top right corner of your screen to log in. Once you have entered your username and password click 'manage subscription'. From here you can adjust your subscription details.

How do I change my credit card information or shipping address?

Simply click the account icon in the top right corner of your screen to log in. Once you have entered your username and password click 'manage subscriptions'. From here you can navigate to your payment information, or address and shipping information and make any necessary changes.

There was a problem with my order. Who can I talk to?

We try our very best to provide exactly what you order, however, if there is an issue with your purchase we are happy to help. Contact Us with details of your problem and we will get back to you promptly.

Can I send Kombucha as a gift?

Giving kombucha as a gift is a great idea, whether it's a one time purchase or a subscription, Goodmore Kombucha makes a truly unique gift option. To send Goodmore to that lucky someone simply add the delivery address of the person you would like to send the order to on the check out screen and we will deliver directly to their door (within our delivery zone). You also have the option to add a note in the shopping cart screen for the recipient of the order.
